ARRIVAL TIME: We recommend you arrive at LEAST thirty (30) minutes BEFORE your game’s scheduled start time. Escape Games are a strict time-based activity. Due to this limitation, the game clock may be started at the scheduled start time of the game and late arrivals may not have the full 60 minutes of game play to solve the room. Please note: Towards the end of October, on Fridays and Saturdays in particular, PARKING can take quite a long time. On these days it’s best to arrive with 45 minutes before scheduled start time.

VISTING OUR HAUNTED HOUSE AND OUR ESCAPE ROOMS ON THE SAME NIGHT: If you are planning to go to Netherworld Haunted House on the same night as your Escape Game reservation, please schedule with PLENTY of time in mind. Here are some general timelines:

– Your Escape Game will let out about 75 minutes AFTER the start time of your game. The Haunted House will CLOSE at the end of the last timed ticket entry. If you have a Timed Haunt Entry for after your game, please make sure your game will let out before the Haunted House closes.

– The Haunted House Timed Ticket for the FIRST SHOW ONLY will take between 45 – 90 minutes from the time you enter the queue until you are out of the FIRST HAUNT. Haunted House Timed Ticket Entry for COMBO tickets (BOTH HAUNTED HOUSES) will take between 60 – 120 minutes from the time you enter the queue until you are out of the SECOND HAUNT. If you have an Escape Game scheduled for AFTER your Haunted House entry, please make sure you have enough time to complete your Haunted House experience prior to the start time of your game.

– If you do not have adequate time at arrival, you can upgrade to SPEEDPASS for faster entry into the Haunted House(s), but still plan for the COMBO ticket to take between 45 – 75 to get through both shows.

PARKING:

During Netherworld’s Haunted House Operational Season, there is NO PARKING in the front lot near the entrance to the Escape Games.

Parking Instructions from Open till 6:15pm: For games that start before 6:15pm, parking for the Escape Games is in the “BLUE LOT”. This is located around the back of the building just off West Park Place. Traveling from Hwy 78 on West Park Place, pass through the traffic light at Netherworld Way. Then turn LEFT at the next lot curb, just past our building. It’s a paved, but wooded, lot. Walk around to the front of the building for the Escape Game entrance.

Parking Instructctions from 6:30pm – Close: For games that start after 6:30pm, parking for the Escape Games is in the same location as for the Haunted Attractions. Please follow the instructions of our Parking Staff. There is no special parking for Escape Games customers.

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD – Being stuck in the Haunted House queue or parking lot is NOT grounds for a refund.
